This Sunday, May 31, we will gather as an online community AND in person at our first outdoor service at 6pm at the church. We hope you'll join us in one of those ways. Here's everything you need to be part of Northwest Bible Church this Sunday.
 
SERMON
This Sunday, Pastor Jeff will continue our teaching series, Prelude to the Kingdom, in Ruth 1:22-2:13. The video sermon will be available here on Sunday morning and he'll preach the same message at our live outdoor service that evening.

DISCUSSION QUESTIONS
Here are some discussion questions you can use to talk about the sermon with your friends, family, or connection group.

Start by reading Ruth 2:1-13

1) How are we introduced to Boaz?  What do we begin to find out about him?  What do you think it looks like to be a 'God-saturated' man today?

2) What stands out to you about Ruth in this section of the book?  What is worth emulating?  How would a woman go about doing so without becoming prideful, or constantly comparing, or burning herself out?

3)  What does it mean to come under the wings of God?  How are you "rewarded" for doing so, like what does that mean?  What's the difference between "works" religion and a "grace" religion?
