This Sunday, June 7, we will gather as an online community AND in person for an outdoor service at 6pm at the church. We hope you'll join us in one of those ways. Here's everything you need to be part of Northwest Bible Church this Sunday.
SERMON
This Sunday, Pastor Jeff will continue our teaching series, Prelude to the Kingdom, in Ruth 2:14-23. The video sermon will be available here on Sunday morning and he'll preach the same message at our live outdoor service that evening.

DISCUSSION QUESTIONS
Here are some discussion questions you can use to talk about the sermon with your friends, family, or connection group.
1) What are some of the ways that you have seen the sovereign hand of God working behind the scenes of your life? Has He ever revealed himself through other characters in the story? How so?
2) Read Ruth 2:8-9, 15-16. How does Boaz begin to fold Ruth into his family? How is this reflective of what God does for us? Are there any specific ways that you're currently seeking outsiders?
3) Read Ruth 2:14. How is Boaz's table like God's? What does it look like to be hungry? What do you think needs to change if you don't have the right appetite?
4) Read Ruth 2:17-20. How is God's grace most notably poured out on Ruth and Naomi; or at least 'about' to be poured out? How is it most notably poured out on you and I?
5) Read Ephesians 1:7-10. What stands out to you here? Spend some time thanking God for it.
