DISCUSSION QUESTIONS
Here are some discussion questions you can use to talk about the sermon with your friends, family, or connection group.

Why has this ‘pandemic’ stirred up a lot of questions for people?  What questions have you been asking?

Read Philippians 3:20-21.  Have you ever thought about having a body like Jesus’?  What are some of the reasons that this is such a big deal?  

Read John 20:17.  What is it that Jesus wants his disciples to know here?  What is He declaring that His resurrection has accomplished?  What are some of the many implications of this?

Read John 20:19-21.  What does Jesus offer to both his disciples then and now?  According to Verse 20, what is the basis for this?  Why does this need to come first before they go out and ‘do’ anything?

Read Acts 17:30-31.  Why is God calling everyone to repentance?  What does that even mean? How does the resurrection of Jesus vindicate the person of God, but also offer the peace of God?  

INVITE A FRIEND
The unique format of this year's Easter celebration can potentially make it easier than ever for our non-believing friends and family to check us out and find true hope in Christ! We hope you will continue to invite them to join us to celebrate Jesus' resurrection! You can download this Easter invite and text it, email it, or post it on your social media. After Easter, be sure to follow up with the people you invited. Ask if they watched and what they thought, and find out if they have any questions.
