WHAT TO EXPECT THIS SUNDAY
We will be ushering in August with our High School Ministry band leading us in worship and celebrating communion together! If you are planning to join us via the live stream this week, be sure to gather your elements ahead of time. Pastor Jeff will begin chapter 4 verses 1-6 of 1 John in our sermon series, 'The Weight of Balance'.


CONNECTION GROUP LAUNCH
Our Connection Groups are beginning to launch and your pathway to finding a group begins with a Sunday brunch! Learn the why, the what and the how behind Connection Groups while meeting others and enjoying a delicious breakfast. Childcare is provided. Starting August 15, 22nd or 29th from 7:30am-8:50am. WOMEN'S MINISTRIES
--Fall Kick-off

be.lov.ed, our Women's Ministry, will kick-off on Friday, August 20th at 6:00pm with an evening of dinner, worship and special guest speaker, best selling author Cynthia Heald. This is going to be an amazing night together, so get registered here and invite your friends and neighbors to join you! --Bible Study
We will be studying from Cynthia Heald's book, "Becoming a Woman Whose God Is Enough" on Thursday mornings at 9am. Bible study books are approximately $10 and can be purchased on Amazon, christianbook.com or Walmart. We will begin meeting on August 26th and meet through December 2nd with weeks off for fall break, Veterans Day, and Thanksgiving (10/14, 11/11, 11/25). Childcare is provided free of cost. MEN'S MINISTRIES
--Gourmet Burger Dinner

MISSION HIGHLIGHT: GLOBAL TRAINING NETWORK AFRICA TRIP 2021
Steve and Julie Nicholas had the opportunity to travel to Uganda and Rwanda to visit our GTN pastors and they have provided for us a brief update on that trip and what they experienced there. --Children's Ministry
It's almost back-to-school time and that means we anticipate more children coming back to our classrooms to learn about Jesus. If you'd be willing to share the love of Jesus and spend some time with our children, please let us know. We'd be happy to answer any of your questions and train you up to provide our children the opportunity to discover the depth of God's love and word. --Coffee Ministry

Yes, it's time to bring back coffee to the patio! In order to make this happen, we are looking for folks to brew, serve and welcome guests as they come to enjoy their coffee. No experience needed, nor do you even need to drink coffee! We'll provide all the steps you need to be successful and have fun while bringing lots of smiles and caffeine to our guests.
